More than a decade ago, when I started my journey as an instructional coach, I encountered numerous challenges and made several mistakes. Back then, I lacked the necessary guidance and feedback on what effective coaching truly entailed. If I had possessed the knowledge and experience I have now, I am confident I could have excelled at cultivating positive adult relationships, and achieved substantial progress with my teachers, and, most importantly, had a greater impact on students.
My ultimate goal is to partner with you to accomplish these goals and more!
